Subscriptions use Shopify’s Billing API. Prices below are in USD; review applicable taxes and billing terms on Shopify’s approval screen. No email-delivery or usage charge is added by RefillLane.

Included in every current paid plan
- Product-specific refill intervals, lead times, and quantity rules; up to 500 products loaded in the schedule picker.
- One implemented review-only reminder stage, with pause and record-cancellation controls.
- Manual order sync: up to 1,000 orders from approximately the latest 60 days, subject to Shopify permissions and data availability.
- Review up to 500 displayed records and export up to 10,000 rows to CSV. Larger exports are rejected rather than silently truncated.
- Shopify customer privacy-request workflows and store-scoped data access.
Plan differences in this release
Growth and Pro currently provide the same completed review capabilities and processing limits as Starter. Their prices and annual billing options differ. Multi-stage workflows, customer groups, reporting, cycle suggestions, experiments, and value groups are not included as delivered functionality in the current release. Do not choose a higher plan expecting those tools to be available now.
No plan includes sending emails, messaging customers, an AI service, or writing changes to Shopify products or orders. Order-based features require Shopify protected customer data approval; the app’s approval is still pending during review preparation.
Managing a subscription
Open Plan inside RefillLane to request a change or cancel. Shopify shows the charge, period, and effective terms before approval. The application checks active Shopify subscriptions before granting paid access. A reinstall does not automatically create a new free trial.
